UNSW Stress Less Week

Hi, all again to Healthy Mentality! How did you spend your mid-semester break so far? Still feeling anxious and stressed about upcoming assignment deadlines? Don’t worry! In Week 10, from 2nd to 4th October, Stress Less Week is returning to UNSW to help students de-stress with stress management skills, activities, freebies, and food.

This semester, Arc has collaborated with more societies to bring plenty of exciting workshops for you to take a time off from assignments and studies. Here are some of the programs:

  1. Furry Friends: Meet cute rabbits and guinea pigs from the Porsche’s Rescue
  2. Coogee-Bondi Walk: The scenic view along the coastal walk can help refresh your mind
  3. Yoga (@YMCA Fitness & Aquatic Centre): Giving your body a stretch and relaxation
  4. Massages, Mindfulness Colouring, Calligraphy, Reading Corner, Origami, Stress Ball Making… and so much more
